Rambo made his way to Handover Rover in early 2020 when Koco intervened, moments before he was set to be euthanized for biting.

Leading up to this moment, Rambo was found as a stray and picked up by a very well-known rescue here in AZ. With this rescue, he was adopted out three times and returned three times because of his behavior. The third time they called it quits, even after Koco had offered free training to Rambo and the staff of their facility. Koco pulled up minutes before the time he was scheduled to be killed.

Shortly after obtaining him and working with him, we determined that, because of his tendencies, he's to stay with us forever for his safety.

He is a pushy, dominant dog that WILL bite. That's hard to get through people's heads when he looks the way he does. Everyone wants him to be a lap dog... he's not.

Rambo is the cutest little button we could ask for; he just takes a more patient and thick-skinned hand!
