TATER
Taters’s Story
FROM HIS FOSTER:
Tater was surrendered to a rural shelter in Louisiana by his owner who had developed dementia. He FORGOT to feed him and by the time Tater got to the shelter he was skin and bones, weighing In at only 27 pounds.
I’ve been fostering him a little over two years, He’s healthy and weighs close to 70 pounds now!!!! Don’t let his size fool you, he still wants to sleep in your lap!
He’s excellent with my foster cats, he sleeps in my bed with them.
He gets along great with other dogs, he does better around female dogs.
He LOVES people, especially men.
He wants to sit in everyone’s lap.
He loves to learn and will work for food. He knows a lot of fun tricks that he does automatically when he knows you have something he wants;) karate kicking off of your stomach is his favorite.
